All purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Refunds are only considered where there is a technical issue with your purchase, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Before purchasing a scholarship guide, you are responsible for checking the programme’s official eligibility requirements. This includes confirming that your country and citizenship are eligible and that you meet the requirements to apply. Failing to check your eligibility before purchasing does not entitle you to a return or refund, subject to your statutory rights.
